Isn't it great when you can listen to some good music? Ribbon crew thinks so as well and for that reason Skober continues his techno trend on the label and offers us an excellent EP with two tracks plus two top-quality remixes by Santos. 'The Drop' makes the opening and it is a quite a powerful production. A melting pot of tweaks techno sounds and fidgety percussive hits. Santos takes control and creates a big chunky affair full of thick beats mixed perfectly with twisted effects. Next on the line is 'Hover' featuring some tribal elements with nice string patterns. Closing is the dub version of 'The Drop' by Santos which is more heavy with beefed drums. A very strong release here from Ribbon and Skober which both of them are heading to the right direction.
